TerribleCustomerService | Coinstar review from Miami, Florida

Once again, after renting a movie online (or so I thought), the kiosk would where I reserved the movie did not dispense. This happened a month ago so I called customer service and told them what happened. The rude customer service agent who shall remain nameless (Tiffany) reluctantly issued me a "promo code" which of course did not work when I tried to rent the movie at the kiosk. Once again I called to make them aware that not only had I been charged for a movie I never received, but that the "promo code" they issued me was not valid so they gave me another code which also was not valid. The customer service department needs major revamping or I believe they are going to continue losing customers, just as they did yesterday. My husband and I refuse to rent movies from them. They are overpriced, scratched to the point where you can't watch them, and the customer service is nonexistent. Good luck Blockbuster. No wonder you had to shut down most of your stores. . .your kiosks are next! REDBOX ALL THE WAY!!! Your former customer, Rachel
