ACME Upper Montclair, NJ The machine broke down when I started on the bucket of pennies. Had to call staff over (I watched pretty carefully but I might have missed something) and it seems when the machine breaks down it automatically gives you the cash voucher minus...

On Feb 3rd 2018, I used the coinstar located at the Piggly Wiggly. Before I went in I had already counted the quarters that were in a candy tin. The quarters amounted to 106.00. I have to estimate the rest of the change in the tin at 40.00 as I did not count it. You...

It’s not his machine he just works there so he did not know how to do it. Bottom line all those coins are gone and it’s very annoying and frustrating. So I guess for the next month I will be paying for all of my expenses with coins since coin star wants to play me...

What was upsetting, is that the coin star at the Walmart in Hamburg PA , did not count one Nickel that I put in. No, I did not count the amount of Nickels that I had, but with 6 pounds of change, I surely had at least one single Nickel. Im not going to lose any sleep...

Coinstar does at times go out of calibration, and it's the nickles that show up. However they show as rejects and would have been in the reject chute as the machine doesn't ke...

Coinstar - Rip off

I had counted my change before bringing it in, I had over $100 in change, when the amount kept going down then up I figured maybe it was just trying to catch up, needless to say my voucher ended up being $45!! They pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it! Horrible experience!

Coinstar - What a rip-off!!!
I specifically went to this Coinstar machine at a Kriger because it would give gift cards; when I started the machine it actually asked if I wanted a gift card and asked me to select it, which I did. It stated that there was no fee if a gift card was being received....

Coinstar - Not pissed

I went to my local coin star with approximately 300.00 in coins today. I counted the change a few months ago so I had a ballpark amount since I added/borrowed quarters for parkway tolls since then. It was an quick and easy process to count my coins in the machine and select a Lowe's GC. I received the correct amount of money and have a Lowe's e-GC to use.
