I was willing and happy to pay the 11.9 percent for cashing in the 6 pounds of coins that I have. What was upsetting, is that the coin star at the Walmart in Hamburg PA , did not count one Nickel that I put in.

No, I did not count the amount of Nickels that I had, but with 6 pounds of change, I surely had at least one single Nickel.

Im not going to lose any sleep over this, but at the end of the day, people are entitled to get what is expected from any service. And the sad things is, how does one prove this, perhaps I need to go back to wrapping the old fashion way, oh well.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Coinstar does at times go out of calibration, and it's the nickles that show up. However they show as rejects and would have been in the reject chute as the machine doesn't keep them.

Some people don't realize there is a reject chute. The next customer that used the machine probably got your nickles.
