Coinstar - No receipt, No money--machine ran out of paper and didn't print a receipt
The person at customer service said they had no key or knowledge for the instructions the coinstar was giving him. I told him I would write down my name, number and amount until they could straighten that out and that was two weeks ago.
So I went to customer service yesterday and she told me yes they knew about it, she didn't have the access to the information or the authority to solve this but told me to call John or Julie today. I talked to both and they have no idea what I am talking about. When I mentioned to John that I wrote my phone number on a paper, and he said he would call me if he found it???????????
On top of that, I have been shopping at this store for 16 years and they treat me like I just stopped in from out of town and are just hoping that I will go away. I am furious with this treatment.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Why are the printed receipts very difficult to read, especially the Gift Card Code? This should not be. Everything else on the receipt of legible except the Code.
