I went to Giant Eagle where they have a Coinstar machine. Before I left the house, I counted my change and saw I had exactly thirty-three dollars and ninety-nine cents. My mom also gave me her change which brought it up to about three dollars. After I gave the machine all of my change, the print-out said I only placed in Nineteen dollars and seventeen cents. I know for a fact that I had more then that so in reality I lost about eleven bucks. If I didn't know any better, I'd say Coinstar will only scan as many coins as it wants.
